e. At the Racquet Club the plan will include training in and monitoring of safe use of exercise equipment.

3. A mature trainer with 20 years of personal conditioning experience.
a. Certified by CAN-FIT-PRO as a Personal Training Specialist
b. Certified Resist-A-Ball Core level 1 trainer
